Welcome to our Community Legal Service Leaflets area.  The aim of theCommunity Legal Service is to ensure that people can get informationand advice about their legal rights and help with enforcing them.

The Legal Services Commission produces a series of paper based and online public information leafletswhich cover key areas of the civil law of England and Wales, such asEmployment Law, Welfare Benefits and Debt.  

These leafletsare provided for free and we have been given permission to reproducethe online versions here on our website.  Follow the links from theside panel on this page to access each leaflet.
