Russell went to University College, London, was awarded a LL.B and joined Oliver Fisher is 1976. He is recognised for his expertise in commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, handling cases in L.V.T, the Court of Appeal and House of Lords, most recently the ground breaking case of Ghaidon v Godin-Menzdoa which has radically changed the law in relation to succession to tenancy and as to Human Rights generally. |

Jo is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel. She had been a solicitor since 1987 and has specialised in Family Law since 1989. Jo is experienced in dealing with cases where there are substantial assets. Shelley studied law at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. She joined Grenville J. Walker Solicitors as a paralegal in 2001, qualifying as a solicitor in 2004. Shelley joined the family law department at Oliver Fisher in May 2006 and will continue to specialise in all aspects of family law. |

Dianne is a solicitor in the property litigation department having done her Training Contract with Oliver Fisher. Dianne is an experienced solicitor who advises on a wide range of areas including Landlord and Tenant disputes, social housing, homelessness, neighbour disputes and Judicial Reviews. Dianne is also very experienced in debt recovery actions and winding up proceedings and carries our general civil litigation work. Dianne has acted in numerous County Court and High Court cases following her qualification in February 2003. |

Deborah was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. She joined Oliver Fisher in December 2007, having worked for over 8 years in the West End. Deborah specialises in all types of residential and commercial property matters. She also deals in Landlord and Tenant law, in particular leasehold enfranchisement transactions, including lease extensions and collective enfranchisement issues.
Outside work, Deborah is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Horners.

Gabrielle went to Kings College, London University, where she gained an LLB. She was called to the Bar a year later and practised as a criminal barrister for about ten years. Following that first career, she worked in television on documentary programmes for about 10 years, before qualifying as a solicitor in 1992. As a solicitor Gabrielle worked for 15 years in Wandsworth Law Centre doing housing and community care work, and in 2007 she joined Oliver Fisher as a member of their housing team. |

Anthony Simmons, after taking a Degree in Law at London University, trained in the Department of a Central London Firm and after qualifying as a Solicitor, subsequently worked for many years in the Non-Contentious Department of a large Firm of Solicitors in the City of London. He joined Oliver Fisher in 2007 as Head of our Non-Contentious Department and specialises both in Probate and Administration and Wills as well as Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. |

Eugenie qualified in October 2003 having trained at Cripps Harries Hall. She then moved on to specialise in family law at Hyde Mahon Bridges before joining the Family Law department at Oliver Fisher in October 2007.
She will continue to specialise in all areas of relationship breakdown (for married and unmarried partners) including financial and children matters. She is also experienced in dealing with disputes about the occupation of the home, injunction proceedings and preparing cohabitation contracts.
Eugenie is a member of Resolution and is fluent in Bulgarian.
