We will provide an estimate of our fees and other expenses on request. The cost of court action is difficult to estimate. However, we will discuss the risks with you and are happy to agree an amount that we will not exceed without your written agreement.

Legal Aid Franchise: we have been awarded a Legal Aid Franchise for housing and matrimonial work. This means that, in these particular areas of law, our solicitors have the authority to grant emergency legal aid. We do not have to make prior referral to the Legal Aid Board which allows us to take action much more quickly.
Emergencies: we will always try to see you immediately in an emergency.
Making Payments: Oliver Fisher accept all credit card payments (over the phone and in person) except for American Express.
