Ron was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and for the past 15 years has specialised exclusively in family law. 

Ron has gained vast experience dealing with a full range of divorce, separation, financial and children cases including international child abduction and Schedule 1 Children Act cases involving non-married couples and has been involved in a number of high profile and widely reported family law cases including Gojkovic (1991) and Phillips –v- Pearce (1996). 

Ron joined Oliver Fisher in January 2011 having worked for a number of well respected Legal 500 family law firms in and around the London area.  He is an accredited member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Family Law Scheme.

Ron is committed to adopting a firm but pragmatic approach to resolve family disputes.  His areas of expertise include:

• Children Act proceedings involving residence and contact;
• Schedule 1 Children Act financial proceedings involving non-married couples;
• financial settlements involving both large and limited assets;
• pre-nuptial agreements;
